Are you ginger?

I don't know? I can't even do that right. But I get sunburned from my phone screen and wear factor 50 opening the fridge. So I'd say auburn at best?

Do I need a gym?

When you sign up you will get to choose between [GYM] or [GARAGE] for us to assign you the right program. So if you don't have access to a gym BUT you have equipment like dumbbells, a barbell, weight plates, a bench, etc., then you're good to go. But I'm not Joe Wicks. So if you just wanna flap about in your living room then we aren't for you. We're here to build muscle, get strong, and see visible changes to your physique and fitness. At very least you'll need dumbbells and bands for the home version of the BURN program.

I'm an alien from the outer planet of ur-anus. Will this work for me?

Look. If you're a human being, there are scientific principles that will work regardless of your age, race, gender, hormonal profile or childhood trauma. Will there be physiological, psychological and environmental differences that can make this harder? Absolutely. But this is coaching. We work with you to find the solution following the science that we know works. If you're coming into this with self-limiting beliefs you're setting yourself up to fail.

Do I need to give up social events?

Nope. Although if these are the reasons you struggle to stay consistent, we may encourage you to pick your battles wisely.

Can I still drink alcohol/eat out?

As long as you hit your targets you will see results. We will coach you to explore strategies to help balance the odd night/meal out with seeing consistent results.

I have a holiday in the middle of it, should I wait until the next one?

A 1 week holiday leaves us with 7 weeks of hard work. Expect to lose anywhere from 0.5-1kg per week if you do everything you’re asked to do. That’s a good chunk of weight taken off while still enjoying your life. Sometimes the “next one” becomes “never”.

What time are the weekly calls?

They are every week on Thursdays, at 8pm (U.K). They are all recorded for you to watch back if you miss one or can put up with my ramblings for a replay. Just make sure you wear sunglasses as my reflective skin is blinding


I can't eat certain foods due to allergies/restrictions. How do you work with people like this?

That's one of the great things about this program–YOU decide what you eat and don't eat. If you have certain restrictions or allergies, no problem, you don't have to eat those foods. While I provide education on eating healthfully in the Nutrition Guide you get as part of the program, along with ~300 lifestyle friendly recipes (that are all scannable into MyFitnessPal) the choice of what you eat (and don't eat) is ultimately your choice.

Will I be required to spend hours training every day?

Fuck no. It completely comes down to you and your schedule following my 'PROVEN playbook'. Each workout is broken up into 3 sections (foreplay, coreplay and moreplay) If you only did the coreplay section, you would still get sufficient muscle growth (I educate you more on why this is in the education portal) and it'll take like 30 mins. However, if you have the time or wanna push for more, there is the moreplay section with added accessory movements. I also provide techniques to make workouts shorter if you're busier than a mosquito at an orgy.
